The African Dream
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Let me start with a guess; at least one of the people reading this article swears that Africa is the place you go to die from poverty and poverty, and if poverty doesn’t kill you, then you eventually end up dying from a disease called poverty!
Did you send your expired canned food to African children who can’t afford a meal yet? Have you donated a dollar yet for water in Africa? How about your used clothes? Come on now, don’t you want to be ‘Big brother’ benevolent neocolonizer? Where’s your altruism and love for humanity? No? Ok.
Anyway, Africa is still my preferred place to live in after experiencing other places. It is a continent overflowing with kind and humane humans, healthy farm grown foods and meat, free existence, pollution free air, celebratory attitudes towards each other’s wins, high education rates not aimed at mindless indoctrination, respectful coexistence, and a whole lot of goodness!
Given how inhumane people are in the western world, if the so-called level of poverty that exists in Africa existed in western societies, people would die in droves! And by the way, there’s an incredibly high level of poverty in western societies, they just waste money creating a lot of aesthetics around it and use their media to polish it up.
Because a majority of people live on brain stem level conditioning, they get carried away by the first impulse of what their eyes see. This is how western countries keep fooling other nations with the promise of freedom which is in fact an illusion in their own countries.
Finally, give me Africa. I love the African dream of slow, kind, peaceful and inherently healthy and happy existence!
By the way, resist the urge to tell me that “Africa is made up of many countries…”. Use that energy to help a particular group of people realize that a certain geopolitical system is made up of other countries. Good morning!
