Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.
A most ideal day for me begins with putting in some physical activity. It’s better if I can wake up early to get that done. Then comes a shower at the perfect temperature and of course a sip of a hot brewed coffee. Oh you don’t like coffee? That’s fine, we’ll drink it on your behalf; black and bland!
Anyway, the next best thing to happen in my day is a brief moment of thought coordination to put everything that I have to do for the day into perspective and establish my tempo.
Then I move on to my favorite meal of the day – breakfast. I just have to put in some more work so I can eat it sitting and be able to read what the headlines are saying about my lines of businesses. I might be an employer and a boss someday. It’s not a far fetched possibility.
Now comes engaging with the different tasks of the day, most of which are usually mentally demanding and requires thinking on foot. First, I publish an article or two and share them on other platforms to increase visibility.
Then I head out to fulfill my obligations to the people who count on me to get things done and I do my best to meet my working goals for each of those obligations.
Then comes the part after work where I have to fulfill my obligations towards myself and it requires full effort and concentration. I consider it a blessing whenever I’m able to give it my all.
Finally, I reflect on how well I was able to meet my goals for the day and what I can improve on for the next day, then I reach out to a few loved ones to share encouragement, happiness, and insights.
Afterwards, I plug a calming music in and shutdown. It’s the most ideal day when I don’t have to deal with unprecedented hiccups that leaves me overthinking. I’d like to say that whether it’s an ideal day or not, I’m grateful for the chances that I have to experiment with my life!
